When I got this pretty cloisonne pendant, it seemed obvious that I needed to do something asymmetrical with it. I'm not entirely sure why, perhaps it was merely that the design allowed for this possibility.

So I've strung something together as a double strand necklace, but with a single strand leading into it. Simple but effective. For a litle more variety I've altered the sequencing of the gold, olive green and cream beads, and I think it adds to the effect.

It also gives it a nice 'hang' when worn, allowing the feature cloisonne to stand out in an almost 'floaty' way.
